Origin Digital

High fidelity wireframes and user journeys for farm onboarding software, with the idea of making it easier for a user to setup their account, add farms, then plan and add fields against those farms using drawing tools.


Laithwaites Wine

Task was to design a global design system that could be used as a basis for all future web design projects. This was then disseminated across international teams.

Included developing responsive wireframes, high fidelity mockups and user journeys based on user needs, utilising Adobe XD and Figma.

Conducting A/B user test using usertesting.com in order to gather insightful data regarding user behaviour.

Worked with a rebranding company to make sure that designs were consistent and accessible.


Travelodge

Users indicated that their priority was to book hotels quickly and affordibly.

Instead of marketing messages that didn't resonate with users, home-page space was given to dynamically generated user interest sections featuring personalised content with the aim of surfacing possible hotels quickly to users.


Whittard of Chelsea

Project involved the complete redesign of Laithwaites website using a variety of content management systems, Saleforce, and hand coded HTML and CSS.

Task required the close collaboration with internal Sales and Retail teams to plan, develop and shape high fidelity wireframes, web campaigns and user journey's through the website.


Pamoja Education

Pamoja's vision was to create a complete online college through which to sell their online Baccalaureate Diploma Programme

Wireframes and associated branding were produced for a student hub through which users could recieve all updates, lesson plans and feedback.


Freelance UX/web design

Several projects including the complete design and deployment of a Professional Coaching website, and the design of a site for an e-commerce intelligence company.


Pearson Education

Responsible for the design of Pearson's primary school online reading scheme 'Bug Club' (which won a Book and Multimedia Design Award), as well as other front of class digital teaching activities.

Tasks included designing for websites, e-books and larger web-based learning platforms, and managing business relationships with outside suppliers in order to meet the needs of publishers and to deliver projects successfully within schedule.

Every project was built from the ground up and included work on branding, logo design and corporate identities.

User testing products through face to face interviews to ensure accuracy of user stories, and effectiveness of teaching methods.
